ComplianceDocsPro is a software tool that generates draft compliance documents, including Site-Specific Safety Plans (SSSP), based on information provided by the user. Documents are generated using artificial intelligence and delivered as downloadable PDF files.
ComplianceDocsPro is not a law firm, safety consultancy, or licensed professional service. The documents generated by our Service are professionally formatted drafts that should be reviewed by the user to ensure they accurately reflect specific workplace conditions and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
We do not guarantee that documents generated by the Service will satisfy all regulatory requirements for every situation. It is the user’s responsibility to review, customize, and verify all document content before implementation. All plans should be reviewed by a competent person familiar with specific job site conditions before implementation. ComplianceDocsPro makes no guarantee of regulatory compliance and assumes no liability for job site safety outcomes.
Prices for each document type are displayed on the website at the time of purchase. All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely through PayPal. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the listed price for the document you are generating.
Documents are delivered digitally as PDF downloads immediately upon successful payment. Because the product is a digital good delivered instantly, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue preventing you from downloading your document, contact us and we will assist you.
Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are generally not provided once a document has been generated and made available for download. However, if there is a material defect in the document or a technical failure that prevents delivery, we will either regenerate the document or provide a refund at our discretion. Refund requests should be made within 30 days of purchase by contacting us.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when using the Service. The quality and accuracy of the generated document depends on the information you provide. Upon purchase, you receive a license to use the generated document for your business purposes. The ComplianceDocsPro brand, website design, and underlying technology remain the property of ComplianceDocsPro. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially repurpose the generated documents.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ComplianceDocsPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service or any documents generated by the Service, including but not limited to fines, penalties, or losses arising from regulatory non-compliance.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
